Tenille

Tenille has been working with Kristi through online private sessions. She has big goals for weight loss, strength, and full lifestyle improvements. She also faces the issues of motivation, starting her fitness journey from scratch, and a demanding and stressful job as a nurse with an overnight schedule. She makes no excuses and brings self awareness to every session. Tenille went from a beginning of inconsistent starts and stops to a steady weekly practice that brought visible results to her movements. She says now that her body craves the yoga and the work if she has to postpone a session. Her progress is very visible and each week new strength and stamina is unlocked by her dedication and commitment to showing up. She says, “Don’t let your mind tell you you can’t even if it’s small you can! It’s ok to start small! Just start!”
